Gospel of Thomas has been thrown out of window like other books.Why do you throw so many books?

The Gospel of Thomas doesn't say anything abt Muhammad but it contains many stories found in the Quran..

For those who don't know. In The Quran Sarah Ali 'Imran 49 there is a verse about Jesus breathing life into clay birds by will of Allah:
"and ˹make him˺ a messenger to the Children of Israel ˹to proclaim,˺ ‘I have come to you with a sign from your Lord: I will make for you a bird from clay, breathe into it, and it will become a ˹real˺ bird—by Allah’s Will. I will heal the blind and the leper and raise the dead to life—by Allah’s Will. And I will prophesize what you eat and store in your houses. Surely in this is a sign for you if you ˹truly˺ believe."
But the same account is found in the infancy gospel of Thomas, a non canonical gospel written mid to late 2nd century with no apostolic lineage nor anything that gives credibility to it. It was found in 1940.
"1 Jesus made twelve sparrows from that clay. It was the Sabbath. And one child ran and told Joseph, saying, “Look! Your boy is playing by the stream making birds from the clay, which is not lawful”.2 And having heard he went and said to the boy, “Why are you doing these things, profaning the Sabbath?” Jesus did not answer him, but looking at the sparrows, he said, “Go, take flight and remember me, living ones”. And with this word they took flight and went away into the air. Joseph saw and was amazed."

The story of the adulteress is more trustworthy than the Isra Miraj.... I mean, how could you go from Mecca in Saudi Arabia, to Jerusalem to the seventh heaven and back to Mecca in one night?

If Jesus can ascend from Jerusalem, Muhammad also can ascend to heaven.
Anything possible with Allah’s command.
Before Jesus and Muhammad ,Prophet Idris( Enoch) also ascend to Heaven.
Angels are ascending and descending daily.
Anything possible with Allah’s Command.

Are you trying to say that Quran copied this from Gospel of Thomas?

Muhammad was picked up by Buraq. Flew to Jerusalem, where the Temple is and tethered his ride in front of Bait al-Maqdis and walked inside the building and prayed.
But, there was no Temple, during Muhammad’s time. And nobody told Muhammad!
Muhammad thought that the Temple of Solomon still stood in Jerusalem during his time. He even referred it with its proper name when he told the story: Bait al-Maqdis or Bait al-Muqqadas. Beit Ha-Miqdash, the original name of the Temple of Solomon,
meaning "The House of the Holy."
During Muhammad’s time, there was nothing there.
So, even if Allah “moved” Muhammad’s consciousness to Jerusalem, Muhammad’s “ghost” wouldn’t find anything.
Unfortunately, we know that the Second Temple had been already destroyed by the Romans in 70 AD
