Those Israelites prophets including Jesus didn’t speak Arabic.

Prophet Muhammad didn’t speak Hebrew.

They used their language to call God as Yahweh/Allah.

Muslim means submission to one God.They didn’t subscribe to Trinity.
Nation of Muhammad is Arabic . Hence we use Arabic word .

We cannot follow other prophets as they came for certain people.For example, Jesus was the last prophet for Israelites.
