Scripture readings for Christmas

(Yesterday, 09:00 AM)Ali Imran Wrote:  Is this verse clear to you? Can you squeeze in the Trinity after reading that?

Thus saith the LORD, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the LORD that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself; - Isaiah 44:24

The Father creates all things through Jesus and the Holy spirit....

John 1:3 states, "All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made

Colossians 1:16-17
Verse 16: "For in him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things have been created through him and for him."
Verse 17: "He is before all things, and in him all things hold together."

Abraham worshipped only Allah who had no partner in governing the universe.

-He didn’t pray to triune
- That’s why He rejected his father praying to idols
-That’s why he smashed all the idols
-Allah saved him from raging fire set up by those idol worshippers
-That is why He got Ishmael first to have a great kingdom who always worship Allah and give charity
-That’s why he is called the patriarch

God appeared as a man and spoke to Abraham and his wife.. God appeared as a man and wrestled with Jacob...Is that Allah?

God in Isaiah says He ALONE creates the universe, but the human authors of the NT corrected God.

And you believe that.

Your friend yesterday acknowledged that he prayed to the Father...the God of Jesus....so let's see if you can argue that Allah cannot be a man.

Hello... Jesus existed before time..He knew His Father better than Isaiah..Isaiah was how many thousands of years before Christ!

John 10:15: "just as the Father knows Me and I know the Father."

Did God in Isaiah say He creates through Jesus, or did God say He ALONE creates?

As per Islam who came to meet Abraham were angels in human form. They had two task.

1) Delivering good news of an off spring to Abraham
2) Delivering an evacuation message to Lot( Lut in Islam) to evacuate with his family except his wife, before Allah destroying his nation (Soddom and Gomorrah)

Did Allah meet Abraham in person or is the Quran cutting out this part? Did Allah wrestle with Jacob or again the Quran left out this as well?

Ok..so the Islamic angels can take on human form...my question to you! Is Allah capable to take on human form?

Yes He alone creates with the help of Jesus and the Holy spirit

I didn't see anywhere in Isaiah where God says He needed help from others to create.

The Bible says the entire universe cannot contain God, so God can't be contained in a human body.

You said Jesus is the Father.

That diagram says Jesus is NOT the Father.

So the authors of the NT corrected God.

God says in Isaiah that He alone creates the universe but some men say, according to you, He needed the help of two others to create the universe.

So the angels are more powerful than Allah..because Allah has limitations..He can't take on human form Big Grin

You can argue with the Bible which says the entire universe cannot contain God.

To know the truth..they need to read the Bible! The Bible is detailed and is the supreme authority over the Quran

God's dwelling with jesus is a unique manifestation of His infinite nature, not a limitation of His being.
