I already told you. I also don't want to be friends with the Christians and the Jews who support the genocide in Palestine.

I cannot find anywhere in the 10 commandments where it specifically mention aged parents.
And read again the Quranic verse. It first mentions that we should be kind to our parents and then, it specifically mentions aged parents after that.
Thy Lord hath decreed that ye worship none but Him, and that ye be kind to parents. Whether one or both of them attain old age in thy life, say not to them a word of contempt, nor repel them, but address them in terms of honour. Quran 17:23

The fifth of the Ten Commandments, found in Exodus 20:12 and Deuteronomy 5:16, is to "Honor your father and your mother". This commandment is a direct instruction from God and emphasizes the importance of respecting and valuing one's parents. It's not just about obedience, but about giving them weight, importance, and treating them with respect and esteem. This commandment also carries a promise: "that your days may be long in the land that the LORD your God is giving you"

Again, you did not read properly. That verse tells us to be kind to our parents. AND THEN, it specifically mentions that when they have reached old age, always be gentle with them.

Yes, I asked that after you said there is a similar teaching in the 10 commandments. But now we know that there is no similar teaching in the Bible about aged parents.

You wanted to know about the teachings in the Quran. So I gave you 3 verses from the Quran.
One in particular is unique, a good teaching not found in any other scriptures except the Quran.

I am still getting income. My children don't need to support me.
And I am still very capable of taking care of myself. My children don't need to take care of me.
Alhamdulillah.

The Bible warns us to choose our friends wisely; Proverbs 12:26 says, “The righteous should choose his friends carefully, for the way of the wicked leads them astray.” When choosing a friend, especially a best friend, we should make sure he or she is a growing Christian.

So you shouldn't be critical of me if I don't want to be friends with the Jews and Christians who are killing my brothers and sisters in Palestine.
