The developed involve in the lawsuit is given below called Distinctive Resources which spld many condos to Singaporeans all kena PLS

Any foreigner is allowed to stay in Malaysia for maximum 90 days per year
If he wants to stay longer, he needs to reapply first for permission giving valid reasons like work commitments
So if you buy a condo for retirement
You can only stay for three months a year
What happen after that ?

Or they tried to sell after property prices have gone up 30% the past 2 years
But then they learned they have to go through the owners

If buy to stay, then no diff... Buy to invest in boleh land?? These people never experience or heard of CLOB saga..

1. I have served the nation in a combat unit for 2.5 + 10 years. I had fulfilled my duty as a citizen, but has the country do it's part for me?
2. I don't know where the threat of CCP is, but I know the threat of CECA is already at my doorsteps
3. I had been called a CCP, JHK, Pinoy, but they never called me a CECA..
