Senior citizens older than 60 should not be allowed to drive or work.

cannot work ...some will be starving.

maybe can revalidate above 69 licence every 18 months instead of 3 years
and speed limiter to 60km/h.
Should apply same speed limiter to new drivers under probations and those who have suspension just lifted for a year.

cannot be too focus on elderly when there are quite number of younger reckless drivers around.
