so simple thing also cant fix?

how about those poor area in the mountain & rural area, sibei jialat to live in dark now & then!
Taiwan also the same.. every day power shutdown.. only diff is Taiwan rotate the places for shutdown.
Will only shutdown peasants power supply but leave the business unaffected

Nothing unusual since water level in 长江 has dropped substantially in recent weeks.
Grass are even growing on the former riverbeds. So hydro power generation will be affected and there will be increased power demand for aircon too during the hot summer.
Droughts are happening in Europe too. Rhine river is also drying up.
I think we have to write properly.
Power plants run on Hydro.
water level drops Plants stop.
similarly with nuclear power needs vital coolings to prevent meltdowns beri dangerous.
Demands have to come down to prevent total collapse.
Demands stay automatic sheddings
