All the Littering fine of $1000 signs has disappeared. The Govt should put those up in all public places.

Singapore should send all these people to Taiwan to witness how clean their public toilets are, spotless with no toilet paper and water stains on the floor, literally like nobody has used. In Taiwan there are not many trash bins in public and people keep their trashes in bags and bring back home then throw. Singaporeans are lack of such mindset, Taiwanese learnt from Japanese. 10+ years ago Taiwan’s public toilets were not that clean. We shall not depend on hardworking cleaners to keep Spore clean, everyone has to play a part…the best is to promote Japanese hygiene standards in Spore and send school kids to Japan & Taiwan for toilet tours.

There aren't many public toilets in India and the few they have must be pretty clean by their standards, since most people just pass motion on the streets.

High GDP doesn’t necessarily mean good behaviour, people chase for money and ignore the hygiene standards and good behaviour. FYI, India’s GDP growth is  8% this year.

I hope to see a huge 1 M by 1 M poster at the nearest Bus Interchange or MRT station with the photos of the litterbugs.

Those people do not find it guilty throwing litter every day for the past few years?

Should make litter bugs pick up rubbish when caught or be fined

No tongue that rises against me I shall condemn
