My friend stayed in her room
and often spray her blinds until we ask her if she is killing herself
but we all agree that we must wash all our PJ & bedsheets everyday
not forgetting to wipe our keyboards and mouse every few hrs

5) How to clean Beddings
Pillows- Just throw into the washing machine
may take 4 or 6 hrs or so under Direct Sun to dry
(I tried on my stuff toys)
Bedsheets- if you do not want to wash it everyday
maybe Lint Remover can help
then use Dettol Spray
Mattress- Just use steam iron that is used for clothes
high heat with steam sure kill covid
