Six people misheard the instructions! Pronounce "prepare to take off" as "take off"

It is suspected that all six people on the maritime security plane responsible for the accident misheard the instructions! Pronounce "prepare to take off" as "take off"

"The command was also confirmed with the five crew members on board, but no one noticed anything unusual. It means that all the crew members probably misunderstood the tower's "first order to prepare for takeoff" as "first order to take off."

Coast Guard insiders pointed out that the captain and the five crew members who died were all wearing aviation headsets on board, which meant that all crew members could hear the conversation between the captain and the tower on the intercom.

i think not

the finding is that the JCG plane is trying to find the red light on the taxi but wander onto the runway
cause the red light is OUT OF SERVICE or not lighted up
