國防部爆出重大疏失！平面媒體揭露，國防部政風室日前辦理人員財產申報時，居然誤把所有必須申報財產的人員名冊，隨著個人申報資料，以電子郵件傳送給每位申報人，包括國防部長顧立雄和參謀總長以下「將校」個資全都流出。但最嚴重的是，原本使用化名、軍情局情報人員的真實姓名也全數外流，恐怕引發情報人員人身安全疑慮，國防部也強調，已經立刻進行風險管控！

very easy to make them surrender,, just surround them with navy, and ban plane form their airspace,
within a few month they sure dies. no food to eat ...dont need to fire a single shot..
