Yaw Shin Leong was not a pervert. He did not take upskirt, or went around molesting children. He was only mesmerised by a Chinese woman, acted inappropriately, and it was not something a MP should do. 

In other aspects, he was an okay fellow although not really outstanding. Not exactly ministerial calibre.
