And CECA will now have a Special Weapon to use-  Accuse us of Racism and sack us. 

That vacancy can be replaced by CECA where their own villages in the Company will NEVER say there is any racism.

I am bringing this up because I recall another friend kena accused for this, too. He was accused by the CEO, ahneh for being racist the same time when the company was closing down.

So instead of calling it retrenchment in Sierra Solutions ( IT Company  closed down already ) , maybe that is why the CEO use this accusation to sack him instead.

Isn't this Ceca taking away sinkees job? HR is a generic job.  Don't tell me our world class education system cannot produce a HR expertise ? A good HR is one who know local laws and understand the culture.

Actually, it is ethically wrong of this Govt to allow Foreigners to work as HR due to Conflicts of Interest. 

None will be fair and just in hiring simply because as humans, we all prefer people who are similar to us and not different. Having CECA doing this job where they can easily abuse their power means that this Govt shows favouritism .
