DS is just a model, it is a freeware for everyone to contribute and improve, it is not like Microsoft Windows, it is not a software product.

U mean open source and close source?  The difference is close source’s code is not published in public but developers can apply and get them to customize their products after a copyright underwriting.  If u have read the news,  in 1 example, they found loop holes by just typing certain characters after the questions they asked DEEPSeek.  Not even using the codes.  So much for security.

No lah, it means it is just a framework like a skeleton for everyone to add on new features. It is pointless to hack it. And it is not surprised if there are a lot of bugs and loopholes, developers will fix them and close these loopholes so that in the next release all that will no longer be an issue. Not only DS, Microsoft Windows and iOS of Apple phones are full of bugs and security loopholes, that is why they frequently release new versions to fix them.

Freeware, framework, skeleton? Your IT knowledge is fantastic. Better than other experts.
