We should have such in Singapore. Crispy Skin Chicken like Peking duck. The size is similar to a duck size.
Also tried the cocrodile soup. Taste nice. The roasted sweet sauce pigeons are too small and not much meat.
For fishes, they are able to remove the soil taste. Hope our kelong fish farmers can learn from it.
The fishes are grown as normal. Then they are transferred to a clean environment to live which remove the soil in their bodies. The fishes meat just taste different.
We have those soon hock fishes in Singapore.
