I am not saying this to insult them  butvmany come from places with cold weather and dont have to bathe every day.
They dont realise when they come to Singapore they need to shower everyday 

I dont expect them to understand eveything and change habits they formed over theirr lifetime.

The gov should prepare a booklet for them with some.simple guidelines on what they need to do for hygiene when they are in Singapore.. Sjngapore temperature and humidity is very differeent from what is back home

so only way is to import , if not next time when you old lao .. without young workforce , the country will struggle..just look at Japan

and young SG, many dont want many kids, the most 2 or 1 , and some dun want kids, some cant get a partner ..to settle down

He was talking to fellow FT and the english accent is non singaporean.

I am quite sure. But not absolutely sure as i did not request for their passport.

Other possibility could be tourist but they appear to be gojng to work.

you can ascertain a person as FT by the accent.

if you close your eye or blind and listen to a person accent, can you judge if he is a FT ?
