Suddenly so much discussion about jb properties. Because of rts, sez, influx of data centres, crazy sg property prices, fomo, cheap ringgits, … even property bears hv shown interest

Overseas property = higher risk.
Often due to lack of knowledge.
But it is not true as some people portray as sure lose money.

Buyers beware, it is not classified as scam. The Malaysia law stated that Singaporeans can only purchas and own rm1mil property, so when the buyers purchased the properties at any threshold lower than that they should already question it.
