A Chinese commander once asked Russian commander during exercise few years back
why Rus use mostly paper map than go for digit maps, the Russian said they prepare for the worst,
no power and jamming situation.
Ukr may delay the process but if Rus had prepare 8 yrs for this war, then more or less they can
overcome this easily. Afterall Ukr had not major infrastructure project, or do they?

With satellite, global positioning and previously recorded coordinates, won't really need road signs.
Even bobo Singapore drivers stopped depending on signboards that's why you see illegal u turns, driving on opposite direction lane and last minute cutting lane to exit expressway.
