US banks dump commercial real estate mortgage securities at fastest rate in history.

The commercial real estate sector faces over leveraging and oversupply. Likely credit crunch will start here. Unlikely for commercial real estate REITs listed in Singapore to survive as they will not be able to refinance. 

My call is for MUST (Manulife REITs) to fail soon.

It has already fall from 60c one yr ago till now 0.18, it has already collapsed. U still expect it to go zero?

Banks lend money to property buyers.
They package these loans into a securities to sell to investors who want to earn the jnterest on the loans.
