This time is believe to be different.  200R of Nasdaq and also other Indexes hit the bottom and the market is turning up;  also,  bonds and commodity price are supporting the move.

Will need close monitoring. Fed presently is not touching and cutting down their balance sheet except they are not buying.. What they are cutting is the  MZM money which consisted of notes and coins etc used by the common market.  MZM controls the inflation rate. They can always put the MZM money back into circulation if needed.
