US Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs Daniel Kritenbrink said on Thursday that the US will be more visible in the coming days in Southeast Asia to help Asean partners maintain stability, peace, and order in the region.

He commented that the US stands with the Philippines and its allies in the face of these dangerous and unlawful actions.

The Pentagon Press Secretary said that the dangerous actions by China have resulted in injuries to Filipino crew members and demonstrated disregard for international law.
