The reporter interviewed a driver who saw the black Saab was initially on the left lane and overtook the white Merc along the Bedok reservoir heading towards to the junction.
That was when the we see the camvideo where the Saab side swipe the Merc while avoiding a motorcyclist on the right lane.
That stretch has speed limiter strips - which shows speeding is a freq occurrence.

The reporter further adds the 17 yr old student somehow ended up pin under the white SUV - you can see a group of SCDF rescuers surrounding the vehicle seemingly setting up jack equip to lift the vehiciel....while another SCDF team doing CPR on another victim at the pesdestrial walk.
