In my views, he shd not be sentenced to death in fair judgement. I recalled a case of an Indonesian maid who throw down an autistic kid from the flat was not sentenced to death. She was only jailed a few years and deported to Indonesia thereafter. 2 life are gone and please don’t take away another life.

It is not already death penalty. The judge can decide to give a few years or life imprisonment.

We should also be sympathetic to the man as well. Not easy to kill own children unless driven to extreme desperation. He raised the 2 kids for 11 years and then takeaway their lives. The situation must be real dire to make him do that. Hope the court would apply compassion and discretion if there is a sad story behind the killing. Should think for his daughter and wife who lost so many family members at the same time.

In this world, which parents wil not love their own kids. I believed the father and 2 kids hv suffered enough. It is pain-staking bringing up these 2 kids and he cud going through a mental torture together with his wife.

Judge here and Hell Judge must know that those are not ordinary kids. Tremendous efforts and full energy to devote to looking after the kids.
