Stop eating Japanese and all the seafood from now on, the fishes imported from Msia, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan and China will all be contaminated.

Both Chile and Peru in the southern Pacific produce substantial fish feed that are exported worldwide.
Also saw a recent news that Norway doubles fish feed import from Russia. I doubt Russia trash fishes are from the polluted Baltic Sea and Arctic seas, so most likely they are netted from north pacific. So farmed fishes from any part of the world will also be affected imo.

And omega3 fish oil may be sourced from fishes from Pacific too.
