Usually the agents from the bigger agencies will take it as given, ie you don't say they don't say but their coy will still charge you. Some of the towkays will also bully the newer agents after the deal close that the agent himself fork out the GST amount

Sigh both the lady and aunty that I meet with never tell me. Only got to know last evening at least the guy tell me upfront.
Plus also mentioned about the year of lease need to take into consideration when buying resale unit.

The year of lease need to take into consideration is for the purpose to take the full amount of loan i.e. the remaining years of lease for the unit you are buying plus your age need to be >= 95 years

Yes as what that guy tell me last evening. Not to mention goal shifting of minimum sum and retirement age. Even now my cpf can withdraw if i am 55 . But what about 12 years later .plus need to consider fews later married or upgrade back. Need to take into consideration also. Really headache ..😡😡😭

If you don't intend to have wife and kids then might as well right size to a HDB 2 rm flat. The profits you will reap after selling off your 4rm flat and buying a 2rm flat will easily be in the region of $250k to $300k, enough to piak any type of bu without bringing the entire cow home

this 99 lease is a " myth " soon why I say ?
SG land already reach its highest peak.
Do note there are a lot old HDB flats out there, from Redhill, Queentown, AMK , Bishan yes there are quite a lot old 4 to 5 rm flat there , TPY, etc etc
How Gov going to plan etc? MAYB this current Team don't even think so far much.
