Malaysia is picking up. The KL property market is up by about 50% and JB is about 25%. Money flows from Singapore to Malaysia. JB agent says it takes time to pick up. She also said a lot of Singaporean buys in Thailand. Thailand has the HSR while Malaysia has the RTS or MST. 10,000 people per hour per direction is no joke.

Not Singaporean. 
Reason is very simple...

1 Singaporean buy property with CPF payment for deposit and mortgage. Cannot use CPF payment in Malaysia. So that cuts off majority Singaporean from even thinking about it.

2 Unless you are a Malay Singaporean or a Naturalised, normally won't consider Malaysia because we know the political history too well.
