The "Heart frm Heavens" a.k.a me humble suggestion is :

1) Scan the ID. Nowadays, scanning equipment very easy to use.

2) Reserve a seating area for non-church members at the side.

3) If non-church members or verified catholics, allow them to attend and watch but not take part in holy processes.
