"An Indian man living in Singapore has sparked a discussion on social media after revealing his decision to relocate back to Bengaluru. Aakash Dharmadhikari, co-founder of a company named Realfast, said that his decision to return to India was prompted, in part, by how good life in Singapore was for his family. In his post, he stated that he and his wife wanted their daughter to get used to the "uncertainties of life" - something that she, living in Singapore, had no idea of.

"Partly we are shifting to Bangalore to get my daughter used to uncertainties of life. Singapore is just way too perfect, and we thought it's making her soft. Unfortunately we also had forgotten what the Indian chaos feels like.. turns out we have also become soft," Mr Dharmadhikari wrote.

Of course life is fabulous for foreigners in S'pore. Where else in the world will 95% of jobs created in SG in 2023 and 89% in 2022 go to foreigners instead of locals?

I had an Indian ex-colleague who rarely returns to Mumbai mainly because of the air there. He told me he had breathing problems when he went back.

I was taken aback as I did not know how bad the air is in Mumbai. This conversation was back in the 1990s before the air quality stuff like PMI, AQI, PM2.5 etc becomes a big thing.

You would be banned from EDMW for even posting a pic of a cobra w/o writing anything. You would be banned for mocking another race.

Singapore Govt has always been soft and opened the floodgates. This does not benefit his business when we became hard with the introduction of Compass Framework.
