All these can be achieved when their government has strict control in managing the spread of the virus.

When a certain place has found with an initial outbreak they will do all to curb that by a lockdown to prevent any potential spread. FUJIAN was a good example for the recent outbreak.

Not sure if the people are as as good as their government but one thing for sure both the people and the government cooperated with each other to curb the spread of the virus.

The civil mentality has a part to play in it. And the government wouldn’t want their people to get infected in order to normalise the situation. Unlike ours. Just my opinion.
