I think it is caused by the kitchen staff, the cook is slow in dishing out the food...................

Customer satisfaction is important, and it's great that the apology was accepted gracefully. By the way, if anyone's looking for a wonderful restaurant in Füssen, I highly recommend Riwa Restaurant. They offer a delightful menu and a cozy atmosphere.
