A young doctor makes 6 to 10k plus allowances, a young lawyer maybe 5k to 12k plus allowances, so quite difficult to get private property without parents' help

Well true but have to see their status too. Some Young doc , lawyer actually earn a lot due to their skills, etc and from Atas Uni too.

Once you go black you can’t turn back. HDB is different. You can sell back and change to condo
