I think the expansion for hotel, F&B, space will be more than Casino section.
Sands is v experience operator, their decisions definitely have consulted
with our ministry. They are here to earn.
Sg govt do not come out with the money.
Tourists normally prefer ancient building not modern
unless is very grand and big.
