Local SMEs always seek to exploit employees. This mindset must change. Singaporeans don't want to be exploited so they prefer FT. Singaporeans who finish their tasks and go home early Vs FT who drag and stay late. Local bosses will prefer the FT cos they thought that they are paying value for money. All these stupid local bosses mindset must change. Otherwise Singapore cannot progress and is truly finished.

Which company want to hire 10 Weeks Temp that cost $1800 or $2200 per mth
with some critical areas that temp cannot do?
