Gov should issue smart bracelets with sms signals to the elderly. Every 1hrs it captures heartbeat or blood pressure and sends an SMS to a central server to verify. Once no heartbeat… dispatch an ambulance.

The frequency of such events definitely will increase

Obviously, no Govt dept or social services checking or reaching out to her at all.
No one knows whether she has a health issue or she is unwell.
Only getting full news coverage after death.
