1) Go for checkup to confirm that you do not have heart disease and coronary artery disease.
2) If you have problem, fix the problem first with medicine or surgery.
3) Once your heart problem is under control, then consider for vaccination.
4) After vaccination, stay in hospital for a few days to make sure you have no heart attack or stroke.
