PAP Policies are never holistic. Even with 80 Ministers, none of them work in tandem for past 12 years.
When issues happen, then they do Beggar's Patch Work.
Social ills to them is often swept under the carpet. Harmony Law was recently revised because they wanted to protect CECA.
Why do we need 5 Mayors and 80 PAP Ministers?
