same atttide as this person in fb. If yu tell them please leash yr dog. sometimes they comply but they not happy. other times. will call yu names etc like this one

Don’t follows rules better leave Singapore and go countries like US, UK. They can enjoy better freedom there, but, without security and can get gun down anytime.

I think you never keep dog as pet before.
The big dog owner needs to be blame for not understanding his pet dog behaviour.
Dog needs to be trained to let it know who is the master….
Most dog owners will leash the dog during the walk. Some dogs are quite friendly and active. It may approach passerby to show their friendliness but most ppl who never keep dogs as pet before will not understand. Though the dogs want to attack them.
As long as the dog never growl, it is always safe to approach the dog.
