There are charities and also gov helps.   

I do also some volunteer work.   

We have 太和观, St Lukes etc that runs help facilities for the destitudes. St Luke has aged home and daycare centres that care for aged from Mon to Fri and meals to them during weekends.

1.  Nobody lives like this in Singapore.  Says a lot, speaks volumes, about how well PAP had done.

2.  I almost wanted to use the term "white trash" but checked myself because it is wrong to say that to these homeless peepur.  I do not know their story, why they are homeless, so I don't think anybody should label them as white trash.  All I can say is that their government seemed not to be able to do anything to help them, or simply looked the other way.  Contrast that with PAP which delivered on its promise that no Singaporean would be left behind.

3.  These men and women would be treated like demi gods if they come to Singapore. The men especially would so surprised that they could bed a Singaporean chabor so easily when back in their country, they are considered the lowest class of peepur.
