Open qn...why muslem allows 4 wives.

First reason is to avoid adultery which is punishable by death in this world. 
Adultery is a major sin which prevents people going to heaven

99.99% Muslim have one wife.Islam is the only religion mentioned how many to marr

 If you allow men to have plural wives, why are muslimahs not allowed to have multiple husbands , why does a woman not have the right to marry more than one man? Is Allah bias towards women?

In the Qur'an (Qur'an 49:13, among other verses), God created humans from male and female, and despite the empirical differences among humans (based on race, gender, etc.), the Qur'an regards them as equals and only ranks humans based on their moral choices and piety.

Allah rewards the rich who can afford 4 wives..the poor can only afford one!

In Jesus' parable, the poor man Lazarus who died was carried by angels to Abraham's side in heaven, and the rich man was sent to hell, where he was in torment!

There is no such thing.
Every human is answerable how he spent his life, youth, wealth,Time , organs and etc.
There is no exception for wealthy or powerful.

It is ok to have only 1 wife during your time on earth but you are guaranteed at least 2 wives in Jannah according to your prophet 

According to Abû Huraya (radhia Allahu Anhou), the Prophet () said about the people of Paradise: For each of them there will be two wives among the Huris: the marrow of their legs can be distinguished beyond the bones and muscles: It's magnificent! (Reported by Bukhari and Muslim)

Acording to this hadith EVERY man in Jannah will have MINIMUM 2 wives in Jannah among the hoors

But the Quran claims to have all the answers to everything! How come there is no reason for not allowing a woman to have multiple husbands?

How many times can you ejeculate a day ? If you cannot, you can schedule with your 4 wives. However Women can open the leg for many men even if they don’t have desire.

The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Isn't the witness of a woman equal to half of that of a man?" The women said, "Yes." He said, "This is because of the deficiency of a woman's mind."
