why are our stress levels the same?

👨‍💼 S'pore's 5-day work week was once 5.5 days. But if our working hours are shorter today than they were 20 years ago, why are our stress levels the same?

Today, there's a sense that the work system & how we think about work needs to change once again.

Yet other than wait for change, what else can the average S'porean worker do, if not to work from 9 to 5 (& never relax) until we retire?
