Singapore is getting more expensive for no valid reason where chap chye png is not any bigger in portion nor is the quality of meat is getting better. This will happen if the PAP let a few greedy owners to escalate rental at their wimps and fancy. They find a reason to escalate by transferring/selling their shops at ridiculous astronomical  price.....
