Raw monkey's brains are the best. Chain them below your table with their head immobilised with a vice clamp just above an opening at your table. Slowly use a knife or sharp instrument to make an incision and start cutting all around the head. Gently, lift up the skullcap and enjoy!

I have seen carnivores like monitor lizards, snakes and palm civets within my compound, but have never seen a rat in the more than a decade that I have lived here. That is the upside I guess.

The monkeys are quite discerning as they made off with my Lays and Kettle potato chips in the past, but did not touch the cheaper Jack & Jill ones. LOL!
