Now they are testing them with Huawei chips as there's no need for the ultra high end AI chips that the H100s are.

Why is he doing that? Because China is the largest market of Nvidia, and he himself is also a 3rd generation mainlanders from Zhejiang province of China despite that he was born in Tainan.
Chip 4 restriction bans high end chip exports to China, only lower end chips are allowed. DeepSeek uses Nvidia lower end chips not these 3-7 nm types
