property agent network is literally in " MLM " system the organisation.
I got few friend into property agent, one of them is Director so call the title
he intro another friend , who will be under his team. Than if got many sales will get rank up
ownself become team leader , than you ownself go recurit new agent who will be under you

Yup especially those big property company.that why need to interview if you want to engage , use body language , ask open ended questions and powerful knowledge on the process and current market trend

Just fyi once HDB sms you this the next 2 days they will ask for document endorsement and pay some admin and legal fee .
