Rain was heavy but not the worse, so most likely PUB has yet to fully clear the landslide that had blocked Ulu Pandan canal early this month.
The 1st Bt Timah Diversion Canal leads to Ulu Pandan canal.

This morning I went Bishan park. The temporary toilets there is full of toilet paper and shit. Made me believe Npark is the most slack and bochap agency in Singapore.
