In the Quran, the Injil is described as a book given to Jesus (Isa) containing divine guidance. It is considered a revelation from God, just like the Torah and the Quran. The Quran states that Jesus was given the Injil, and it is also with the Christians

How come your religion doesn't make you a compassionate person?
If you curse Israel u will be cursed
If u blessed Israel u will
Be blessed as in Bible
Nobody likes war and sufferings
U like to attack people saying all
Kinds of bad things u very evil heart of yours!
U like to judge
Because u want to hear sweets words
So far here you the worst person to trust
Why not u go and fight the war and rescue them instead of hiding behind screen and accuse people of bad character!

The full verse reads: "I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed"

You have the red-letter Gospel, where scholars identified the words spoken by Jesus. The rest will be in black, meaning they are not the words spoken by Jesus.
So no, the Gospels in your Bible is not the Injeel spoken by the messenger of Allah.
