unlike ducks, they dun hv webbed feet so cannot paddle well. also their feathers not well waterproof cannot stay in water for too long

they can also fly.

my side that roaster one day I saw him at the tree on top. I even witness he fly up but of course there is a limit for them to fly.

That looked like jungle fowl. Maybe they flew from JB to Pulau Ubin. Now they are commonly seen in parks, flying up and down the trees.
