They celebrate becuz it was a major victory for quite a while. Israel in return cannot whack them whack the civilian to compensate for Israeli lost civilian lives. And it is quite successful for every Israeli civilian life lost they have I think 10 Palestine civilian to 陪葬 so the Israel dead got company not lonely.
