Yeah! Agreed. He can talk alot to gain supporters but no matter what in the long run there is only one direction and i.e. ascending. 90% HDB owners. Do they rather see HDB prices collapsed?

The solution is rent out your HDB for around $2,500, then rent a JB condo for MYR1500 (around S$500) and you got Around $2000 (MYR7000) rental income. Can live like tiny king there.
