why are they still ignoring the big elephant in the living room?
Q- how did the axle fell out of the train?
i am no engineer
but a axle box (watever it is or does) should have been screwed on to the body of the train
or worse case senario..a few cable ties would have somehow hold it in place
q--wat happen to the securing mechanism which holds the axle in place went to?
who was in charge of maintaning the axle box?

thye just get the 'experts' to come out and say that its too bad and rare that a axle box fell out

even a human when u wear a pants,,,u need a belt to hold up the pants...

so I bet the 'experts' are holding back information that will put someone in trouble....eg ceo ..who may have cut corners on maintenance...
